Welcome to the Centre for Voluntary Sector Research and Development.

The Centre for Voluntary Sector Research and Development (CVSRD) was established in 1999, as a joint initiative of the Carleton University 's Faculty of Public Affairs and the Centre on Governance of the University of Ottawa. We continue to work closely with the School of Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University and with other academic units through the Centre for Urban Research and Education (CURE) and the Financing Civil Society Research Group. Our work is carried out by a small group of centre staff and research associates on campus and out in the community.
