European Union Exchange Opportunities
‘Civil Society Educational Network’ (CSEN) is a three-year program that sends Canadian students to the European Union to study the complex and changing nature of civil society. Twenty five upper year students from Carleton University, McGill University and the University of Winnipeg will be selected to study at one of the three partner universities in the European Union. Students will be able to enhance their skills and experience in the area of civil society and increase their opportunity to pursue careers and higher education in the field.
Program highlights
- A total of 50 student exchanges will take place between 2008 and 2011. 25 of these students will be from Carleton University, McGill University and the University of Winnipeg and study in Germany, Italy or the United Kingdom.
- Successful Carleton, McGill and University of Winnipeg student applicants will be awarded a $ 4,000 (CAN$) stipend.
